Your membership directly contributes to the care and well-being of our animals, supports vital conservation and breeding programmes both locally and internationally, and helps sustain the teams at Banham Zoo and Africa Alive Reserve.
What zoos are included within my membership?
Your Banham Zoo membership grants you entry into 8 of our partner zoos: Chester Zoo, Edinburgh Zoo, Highland Wildlife Park, Marwell Zoo, Hertfordshire Zoo, Paignton Zoo, Newquay Zoo, and Bristol Zoo Project.
How do I use my partner zoo benefit?
Simply arrive at a partner zoo, and present your Banham Zoo membership card. Unlimited visits per calendar year to Africa Alive. One free entry per membership to each partner zoo, per calendar year

Collect a stamp with each experience purchased – once you reach a free square, enjoy a complimentary experience on us! Exclusions apply. Non-transferable, no cash value, and subject to availability.
Can I use my membership for discounts on experiences and purchases?
Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on pre-booked experiences, food and drink at our restaurants and shacks, and retail purchases at both zoos.
