How long does the experience last?

Who can take part in the Giraffe Experience?
This experience is open to individuals aged 12 and over. The experience is designed for up to two participants, providing a more intimate and personal encounter.
What will I do during the experience, and will I be able to feed the giraffes?
During your experience, you'll enjoy a front-row view of our giraffes and have the rare opportunity to feed them. You’ll also go behind the scenes to learn about their behaviours, enrichment, conservation, and dietary needs, with expert keepers sharing fascinating insights into their daily care and unique personalities. While the giraffes have the freedom to participate, we cannot guarantee that all activities, including feeding, will take place, but we strive to offer a memorable and educational encounter.
