How do I book a teaching session?
To book a private teaching session, simply contact our education team via email at schools@zsea.org or call us on 01953 887771. We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to secure your preferred session time.
Are the teaching sessions curriculum-linked?
Yes! Our private teaching sessions are designed to align with the national curriculum across all Key Stages. We offer tailored workshops covering science, geography, conservation, animal care, and more to meet the needs of your students.
How long do the teaching sessions last?
Our teaching sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on the age group and content. We can work with you to adjust the duration if needed.
How many students can take part in a teaching session?
We recommend a maximum of 30 students per session to ensure a more interactive and focused experience. Larger groups can be split into smaller sessions.
Are there any additional costs for teaching sessions?
Yes, there are additional costs for private teaching sessions, which are separate from the standard school admission price. The cost for a private teaching session is £30 per session. For higher education sessions, prices range from £50 to £100, depending on class size. Please contact us for more details on pricing and availability.
